Assessment of what you do now

At this point, you have learned about yourself as a learner; therefore, you should be able to identify the characteristics that describe how you learn. In addition, you should know what to look for in the materials that you use in your courses in order to maximize your learning efficiency.

Now, look at how you currently use your time. "that's all I do is study!" "I have no time for anything." "I am not getting enough sleep because I have so much to do." These are just a few of the comments that are typical of students who find it difficult to manage their time and organize themselves.
