What Would You Do?
You are in a group for a marketing class. Seventy-five percent of the final grade in the course is based on a semester-long group project. You meet with your group, and you are selected as leader. Everyone decides on his or her part of the project. The group decided that future meetings were not necessary because each member's part is discrete. Everyone is supposed to send their contributions to you no later than two days before it is due, which will give you enough time to organize the parts, make the format consistent, and do a final check. The initial draft of the project is due to the professor in five days. Your rough draft is done. You email reminders to the group members that their parts are due to you in three days. Of the four group members, you get no response from one and two inform you that they won't be able to make the deadline and haven't done the work. The last member of the group thanks you for the reminder and tells you to expect it the next day. You want to do well in this course since it is your major and the professor is your advisor. What would you do?
